About these terms

This website, moomoogrill.co.uk, is run by Moo Moo Meat & Grill, 84 Narborough Rd, Leicester LE3 0BS (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at info@moomoogrill.co.uk or on 0116 212 1585.

Menu, prices and availability

The menu and prices on this site are for our Narborough Road restaurant and are kept as up to date as we can, but they may change without notice and items can sell out. Prices on delivery platforms (Just Eat, Uber Eats) are set on those platforms and may differ from in-store prices. Photos are illustrative.

Allergies and dietary information

Anything on this site about ingredients or allergens is a guide only. Our dishes may contain or come into contact with any of the 14 main allergens. Always tell a member of our team about any allergy or intolerance before ordering — in person, on the phone, or via the notes on a delivery platform — so we can advise what's suitable.

Ordering and delivery

We don't currently take orders through this website. Orders placed by phone are agreed with you on the call. Orders placed through Just Eat or Uber Eats are contracts made under those platforms' own terms, including their payment, delivery and refund processes.

Using this site

The content of this site — text, images, logos and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to browse, share links and print pages for personal use, but please don't copy or reuse our content commercially without asking us first.

Links to other websites (including delivery platforms, social media and Google Maps) are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they operate.

Liability

We provide this site free of charge and on an “as is” basis. While we try to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for loss caused by relying on the site's content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time — the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
